Our History
July 2026 Newsletter
Our community (1984 vintage) is entering a new phase in its life cycle. Like every neighborhood, the common elements that were originally constructed have a finite service life. For many years, routine maintenance and timely repairs have allowed the Association to preserve these assets with repair. Today, however, many of those same assets are approaching the point where replacement—not repair—is the more effective and fiscally responsible long-term solution. This transition is evident in several important projects currently before the Association.
Mountain Pines Estates HOA Since our community began in 1984 with the building of the first townhomes on Spruce Circle, to now today - Read a short historical accounting.
Mountain Pines Estates is a beautiful location year round. With ideal temperatures in the summer months and picture perfect snow during the winters, home owners get to experience the wonders of each seasonal change.
The entry ways act as community gardens for all to enjoy. The mountain air is fresh and makes for a wonderful stroll through the neighborhood and trees.
