    Details

    All modifications/additions to the units will be reviewed to take into consideration the suitability of the proposed change and the material of which it is to be built, the site upon which it is located, the harmony thereof with the surroundings and the outlook and impact of the adjacent or neighboring units. All requests must be signed and approved by adjacent unit owners. If the owners can’t come upon an agreed to modification the owner requesting the change will request a meeting with the Architectural Board. After hearing all sides of the requested change the HOA board will make a final decision on the request.

    Once your request is submitted we will be in touch with you to continue the process and obtain signature(s) and other details require to complete your submission.

    It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure that any proposed construction or modification is coordinated with, and where applicable, approved by all local, county, state, and federal government agencies. The Architectural Committee, the management and the Association assume no responsibility for obtaining these reviews and approvals.
