MPE Homeowners:

Reflecting on a well-known insurance slogan, “Like a good neighbor, ………..”

Now taking that to the mountains, specifically within MPE, plenty of Good Neighbors.

Those ‘Good Neighbors’ are there, being respectful, not projecting, in living next to one another, and upholding the HOA Rules & Regs, which are drafted by Board volunteers to sustain better property values and living within the MPE HOA.
