MPE Board of Directors Information
Mountain Pines Estates Mission & Vision
The MPE Mission!
Who we are? “86 homeowners/neighbors living on the mountain”
The MPE Vision!
Where are we going? “A Great Place to Live & Visit!”
The Mountain Pines Estates Board aspires that vision through the mission!
Our pledge is being ‘responsible and accountable’ as elected officials and volunteer leaders’.
We ask homeowners, to be responsible, accountable, and stay engaged with MPE.
With Board and homeowners working collaboratively, a Win-Win!
The Board, is always modeling behavior/action to the existing CC&Rs. (Oct, 2016)
The Board is formulating necessary rules & regs (that support rising property values).
All while the homeowners are honoring, are adhering, to the same rules & regs. (Sept,2019)
The Board takes on the role of enforcers (we are not cops), while the homeowners’ take on the roles of being good neighbors. If that goes by the wayside at times, homeowners are encouraged to file a complaint, whereby a process is set in motion to remedy the wayside behavior.
Together, we (Board & homeowners) can ‘execute’ to the mission and continually ‘drive’ our vision.
If we say we can, we will!
The Board,
jack, betty, doug, wayne, jayson
The Board is strongly encouraging other MPE homeowners wanting to make an impact on the future of MPE Association to place their name as a candidate for the MPE Board of Directors.
Jack Wagner
President - Unit #36
I am retired, having spent a 32-year career in the semi-conductor industry with various companies, small to large. I have an undergraduate degree in Physics and an MBA. Married to diane for 51 years now, three children (two girls, one boy), all out on their own being productive (9 grand-children).
My passions are many but golf (playing and teaching) and running (now jogging) are at the top of the list.
Motivation for being a Board member:
Working with a volunteer, fully committed, proactive Board of Directors, that serve what the ‘majority’ residents of MPE HOA are thinking.
Specific challenges facing MPE HOA today:
Effective communications between homeowners and Board, returning to NORMAL, from a virus induced way of life. Maintaining homeowners’ vigilance to our Mission and Vision Statements.
