Revised Home Owner Complaint Process
Dear Homeowners,
One of the many “you told us” that the Board received from that MPE Homeowners survey (64% return response) conducted in May and reported in June was:
Rules and Regulations Enforcement
Please understand that the Association does not have authority to take enforcement action unless there is a violation of the governing documents. Addressing consistency of enforcement going forward, the following information is provided.
If you as a homeowner, believe there has been a violation of the governing documents for the HOA, that you would like the Association to review, please fill out the Association’s complaint form. Among the items to fill out in that form is the identification of the provision in the governing documents that has been violated.
Pursuant to Arizona HOA Law, complaints are not anonymous. If you complete a complaint form, and subsequently, the Association determines that enforcement action is required, then your identity may be shared with the violator as part of the enforcement action.
The MPE Board and its management fully appreciate your concern for our HOA. We ask for your understanding and cooperation with the complaint process. Working together, we can ensure MPE is a ‘great place to live and visit.’
Respectfully,
Jack Wagner
MPE HOA President
